Lisa J Silky, rolling, jazzy flows with charming warmth interspersed with blues to rest your soul upon. Sprinkle in a dusting of grit and some thrumming beats to top it off.
Beautifully done. Bravo.

20 Days In 04:48
V) I took the job for the obvious reasons. You know I had to go, where there is pay. But now I look here around me, waiting out the days is my fate. V) I did I for my lover, you know she gives me hope through day and night. But here I am nowhere to turn to, 20 days in, no end it sight. PC) I must be strong, keep my wits about me. For if I don’t, I’ll surely fall. CH) But here I am, nowhere to turn to, 20 days in, no end in sight, 20 days in, no end in.. V) One day this journey will be over, I will have won the fight. Until then, I must continue, with 20 days in, no end in sight. PC) I must find, oh sweet balance. I must do what is right. CH) But here I am nowhere to turn to, 20 days in, no end in sight, 20 days in, no end in…

Another Day 03:48
V) My love for you, is such that I don’t know the words to use. Give me comfort when I feel abused, moving towards another day. V) You loving me, was something that once I could not believe. Now we’re just turning leaves, I said moving towards another day. PC) In times, that we are apart I feel a burning in my soul yeah. (Burning in my soul yeah) In your eyes, I know it’s alright and we will see it through the night. CH) To another day, we have managed to find a way. Just actors in this world’s play, I said moving towards another day. V) I hold you close, tell you babe I love you did you know? From the top down to below and over to another day. V) It’s a break in time, stumbles heart and confounds the mind. But I know we’ll find our way in time, living for another day.

V) Hey little birdie, can you sing to me? A simple song you know so well. Of celebration or jubilation, it’s what we need, but you can tell V) Bask in sunlight it is alright, get your views all over town. Fly over borders, bricks and mortar, can you feel what’s on the ground? Ch) Oh, the wind will take you there. Oh, so much trouble down below, but can you feel it way up in the air? V) Hey little sparrow, is your view narrow, do you know the light and dark? High on a tree branch, taking your chance to watch the humans make their mark. BR) Drifting on the winds of change to come. Do you know where you’re coming from? V) Hey little birdie can you sing to me, of days of old and times to pass? The orchestration of your migration, makes me feel that we too will last.
4.
V) Nervous laugh, hides all of the things that we really feel. Deep down can you tell what’s real, while being ever patient on the path? V) Would you know, the truth if it arrived so suddenly? What kind of person would you try to be? Would you know which way to go? PC) But it’s getting late, no time to faulter for what’s good. CH) Behind that smile, too much denial, of the truth and everything and who you are V) Nervous laugh, putting on a circus for the folks out here. Curtain closed, nothing left to fear, as you hide behind your walls of glass. BR) It’s a crack in the foundation, it’s a lack of concentration, it’s a fact…oh V) Yeah, nobody ever seems to see you frown. Nobody ever seems to get you down, but doesn’t everybody feel the same?
5.
V) Take off your armor and lay your weapons down, your famed intruder has yet to come around. A billion bodies of anger have burned a hole in you. It’s a biological timebomb, it’s a rock in your shoe PC) Oh, yeah CH) Wallow in the fables, ponder over truth, but get lost in conversation, to find that deeper shade of blue. V) Bottom of a bottle is a quick reprieve. Some drink for comfort, others for relief. Fire me a statement, shoot me a line. The walls that are around you will suffocate your mind. PC) CH) V) If fame and fortune was the point to life, we’d all be sitting pretty on a yacht with our trophy wife. I am your brother, though, you don’t know my face. Get hip to the solution, we are in the same place.

Baichen 01:44
7.
V) Where to begin? If you fate is casted upon the wind, take awhile to see where it lands, might as well if you have the time. Give it a whirl for the people out there in the world, whose moment has yet to unfurl, while waiting on the tide. CH) La, la, la, la, la V) Give it a spin, take the heart and let the fun begin. Kickstart it on when the day begins, to get us through this life. We’re on the mend, just please don’t hold me then call me friend. Yet understanding that it’s to an end, since now is not the time. CH) V) All is one, like pink flamingos basking in the sun. Trying to know what should be done, when all you have is time. CH)
8.
V) Everyday, it’s the same situation we must face. All those eyes simply turn away so not to look unwise. V) Alibi, is assured when one puts on a slick disguise. Many words, much is spoken, but what is heard? CH) Here as we go along, no one else can play your song. One day it would all be fine as we move through this parade of time. One day we would see, the point of these anxieties. V) A missed call, but isn’t that what we want most of all. No reply, did not know you long enough to say goodbye. V) All those names as time goes by would they all sound the same, oh who knows, if you hum the tune I will play it how I think it goes. CH)
9.
V) On the highway for as long as I can. On the freeway since I caught you with that other man. CH) Got to keep my head on straight, so not to retaliate. Got to keep my eyes on the lines. V) You know the truth was not your way. Your plan just pushed it to another day. CH) V) On the highway for as long as I can. On the freeway, since I caught you…What else can I do, but take myself and drive so far away from you. CH)

Pet Song 03:03
V) Oscar, Monty, Tugger they are the best of friends. Isn’t it nice knowing that there is a hand to lend? Sharing in adventures out here or in the world, if ever they’re in trouble, each other they’ll defend, yeah. V) Tugger, Monty, Oscar as buddies they are tight. Oscar picks on Tugger, but never do they fight. Monty sometimes watches while the other two play, but they are three brothers, and they all know what is right, yeah. V) Monty, Oscar, Tugger mostly get along. There are disagreements but there is love in this song. At times you need space from the others don’t you know, but soon they are playing and it won’t take very long, yeah. V) Oscar, Monty, Tugger hope that you can see. Just because they’re different, they’re the same as you or me. After all these words, they hope that you know, that people need people and friendship is the key, yeah.

Mask 04:59
V) Oh, take what you need with no return. Hmm, put your companions on a slow burn. What can I say when you do all of that circle talk? I gave you the chance, but now I have to walk, walk. CH) So can you please return my number so that I can finally slumber and I’ll piece my mind back together from which you have torn asunder and I will wonder if you know what’s wrong? Oh tell me now, piece my mind together from which you’ve torn asunder, piece my mind together. V) My kindness has it’s limits don’t you know? You take with such charisma, it’s your show. It’s so hard sometimes to see the things you lack, but no one else can see you behind your mask. CH) BR) Everybody is pulling for you, but now I know that you are too.
13.
V) Time and memories are the only, the sole things that are on my mind. And everytime the phone rings, I’m hoping that it’s you and that you will be mine. PC) My world is blue, since the day that we parted, I’m hoping that it’s not just these CH) Time and memories are singing, of the love you sent and maybe we can be together again. PC) Call out to you, well if you still have the feeling, then baby, let’s add to these. CH)
14.
V) Trouble is a friend of mine, it buys clothes and fancy things, but it’s all on my dime. Good luck is hard to find. V) I want to go where that mountain meets the shore. Where they refill your cup, before you ask for more. Where the mountain meets the shore. V) Trouble is a fleeting man. He will try to snatch you up any way he can. He’ll customize your plan. V) Trouble is a friend of mine, it buys clothes and fancy things, but it’s all on my dime. But I’ll find my way in time.

Intro) Vido and Leta met one day, and love was the game to play. Searching for the words to say. V) He’s says I’m sailing away with you can you feel the song? We’ll take this love and we’ll hold it close so we can make it strong. But if we let it go someday, it will be another tune. For to go away and leave it here would cause me to be blue. Then she said.. PC) I have no plans to let you down. CH) And on it went, through the skies of blue and grey. So long in such perfect harmony, no doubt that their love was there to stay, through skies of blue and grey. V) Everyday they had to meet at the destined place and time. Reconnecting lonely hearts and lining up their minds. Then one day Leta had to ask if Vido really cared? For to go away and leave her there would be too much to bear. And he said… PC) CH) V) Now as each moment passes by, we look at how they’ve grown. It’s just Vido and Leta they live everyday, in their happy home. And they’d say… PC) CH)
